In the last year, we’ve seen a huge increase in the availability of AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney, and learning professionals have needed to figure out how to use them, when to use them and why they should use them at immense speed.

What’s clear is that it’s about much more than simply generating an elearning script - there are massive opportunities in skills development, personalisation, content curation, knowledge sharing and much more.

We spoke to experts in their fields about how they’re using AI tools today, and how L&D professionals can make the most of this technology in the coming months and years.
